Questions everyone asks
When do I pay?
After you choose your captain. Nothing is charged when you create the order.
Why does the price differ between captains?
The distance is measured from where the captain is, to the pickup, then to the drop-off — so a captain closer to you usually costs less.
What if no captain takes my order?
The order stays open for a set time. If nobody comes forward it is cancelled automatically, and you are not charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the captain picks the parcel up; a fee may apply depending on when you cancel. After pickup the order cannot be cancelled.
